Crane Pro Services
Emergency Breakdown Cover
Whilst we strive to minimise unexpected equipment failures through planned maintenance, proactive elimination of potential problems and close monitoring of the wear state of your lifting equipment sometimes they still occur.
Generally, well maintained equipment fails because of operator misuse or inattention to the task in hand. You cannot foresee when this is likely to happen, however; You can react in an effective and timely manner.
With this in mind our vehicles carry a range of the most common electrical components at the root of unexpected failure and a comprehensive range of tooling so that when called upon we can get you going again with the least disruption possible.
Obviously where mechanical damage occurs it would be misleading to say that we have parts to cover those problems because we don't have a fully stocked parts department for every type and make of machinery.
Should equipment suffer mechanical failure or damage our first course of action is to make repairs where possible using our on board equipment. Or, if not possible then obtain parts from OEM's and for legacy equipment have damaged parts either re-manufactured or made to pattern by one of our extensive range of business partners.
When you call Crane Pro Ltd we come prepared to get you going as soon as humanly possible, our vehicles aren't just a rolling advertising hoarding; we carry:
- Hydraulic lifting equipment with capacity up to 30 tonnes.
- Level lifts and chain hoists up to 3 tonne.
- Portable ESAB Mig welding equipment and screening.
- Minibore magnetic drilling machine.
